My product is damaged during transportation. What should I do?

We guarantee that all products went through Quality Control prior to shipment. All cosmetics products sold on our platform are NEVER opened and will be packaged carefully with Bubblewrap and Protective packaging to ensure its safety. Any damage that may happen during shipment is NOT our liability as it is out of our control. In case of such unfortunate incident, please contact your courier of choice DIRECTLY (JNE / J&T) to resolve the problem. 

Can I request for my order to be shipped through GoSend?

Absolutely! Please contact our Customer Service Team 08112001133 (Whatsapp) to place an order to be shipped through GoSend. This service is available for Kota Bandung area only. 

I just placed my order. When will my order get shipped?

Thank you for your purchase. All Regular Shipping orders placed placed before 4 PM will be shipped on the same day. All Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 1 PM for timely delivery. Please mind that there is absolutely NO shipping on Sunday and on Public Holidays. 

How can I be in contact with Customer Service?

Hi! Please kindly leave your message in the "Contact Us" page. One of our Customer Service representatives will be in touch with you shortly within 1x24 hours. Our hours of operation is from Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM. We are closed on Sunday and Public Holidays. 

Are the items sold here Ready Stock & Authentic?

Yes! All items sold on Clover Boxes are Ready Stock, otherwise stated. We guarantee all products to be 100% Authentic or Money Back Guaranteed.

Can I make a Return / Exchange once I made a purchase?

Unfortunately, we absolutely accept NO Return / Exchange once a purchase is made unless the fault was made on our side. If that happens to be the case, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service Team and we will make it right for you.
